Wasan Alqaq — Health Sciences, Accounting, and Commercial Law I studied Accounting and Commercial Law at The Hashemite University in Jordan and earned my Bachelor’s degree. After moving to the United States, I continued my education in Health Sciences. My Teaching Philosophy: I believe children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and encouraged. I enjoy creating fun and positive learning experiences where children can explore, communicate, ask questions, and build confidence. I believe learning should be enjoyable and meaningful rather than stressful or complicated. Experience and Accomplishments: While I am new to working in a school setting, I have gained meaningful experience through raising and educating my own children. This experience has taught me patience, responsibility, communication, and the importance of supporting each child according to their individual needs. Personal Interests: I enjoy reading, discovering new information, spending time with children, and learning new languages. An Inspirational Verse: قال الله تعالى: ﴿لَا تَدْرِي لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرًا﴾ سورة الطلاق، الآية 1 Meaning: “You do not know; perhaps Allah will bring about a new situation after that.” Personal Reflection: This verse reminds me to trust that new opportunities can come at the right time, even when we cannot see what the future holds. I hope to bring patience, kindness, and positivity to my work with children and to be someone who encourages them to believe in themselves, enjoy learning, and grow with confidence.
